Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Representing arenaflex as a subject matter expert during calls with customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills
• Offering additional arenaflex products to customers that may benefit from our other services
• Updating arenaflex systems to ensure reputed company interaction with a customer is reputed company documented
• Handling issues with diplomacy to ensure that every customer is happy with their experience with arenaflex
• Escalating issues to management reputed company necessary and ensuring customer concerns are explained effectively and reputed company
• Completing other tasks as deemed appropriate by manager

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

To succeed as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to display patience, reputed company, and strong listening skills while ensuring customer needs are fulfilled in a reputed company and satisfactory fashion
• Embracing change and flexibility to the needs of the business and team
• Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership

Additional Information

* Compensation: $22/hr
