Your Position at arenaflex
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving reputed company technical and reputed company issues. You'll also be responsible for:
- Managing 1st-level support, as reputed company as interactions with site leaders and evaluating customer feedback on reputed company media platforms

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- A strong technical background and a willingness to learn about renewable energy systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain reputed company concepts in a reputed company and concise manner
