The Role
As a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for applicants and system administrator for the arenaflex system, responsible for processing emergency payments and individual assistance grant applications. You'll work closely with applicants to reputed company information, undertake eligibility checks, and process applications in accordance with the legislation and reputed company involved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process emergency payments and individual assistance grant applications
- Manage and process data in a fast-paced office environment
- Accurately record data and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with applicants to process information into the arenaflex solution
- Undertake eligibility checks with the applicant, seeking information reputed company from the applicant, utilising additional sources for confirmation

- Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to Local Welfare Provision either by telephone, email, or letter

Essential Qualifications:
