A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Senior Manager of Customer Analytics at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of data-driven decision making. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, filled with opportunities to analyze customer performance and usage data, identify trends or patterns, and generate insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Strategic Analysis & Forecasting:

Analyze reputed company customer data and business strategies across product, marketing, and credit to identify actionable insights. You'll be responsible for explaining performance variances, recommending remedial actions to senior leadership.

Drive Strategic Initiatives:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or reputed company field.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
