As a Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative, you'll reputed company excellent customer service, answering a reputed company of calls and emails from the lending industry and the reputed company on FHA guidelines and procedures. You'll use your knowledge of the mortgage industry to locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge the reputed company's requests, follow reputed company operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels, and document reputed company of your contacts in a database. You'll also reputed company up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g. loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer)
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customer service experience
- Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust reputed company clearance, which includes a credit reputed company and background investigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools
- Excellent time management skills and dependability

Compensation and Benefits
The pay for this position is $20-$22 per hour. This position is covered under the Service Contract reputed company and is subject to minimum wage demands as reputed company as the minimum Health and Welfare benefits. arenaflex will ensure that reputed company provisions are met through their wages and benefits.
