We're seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join reputed company as reputed company reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
• Qualifying insurance leads

• Setting medical appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service and support

Wage and Benefits

* Competitive reputed company wage of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer reputed company that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be required to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST). This comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
