As a reputed company Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a reputed company customer experience, driving adoption, and retaining customers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their CS career, eager to build skills in customer engagement, retention, and adoption.

Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for: ### Customer Engagement & Retention

• Manage a portfolio of single school customers with proactive reputed company (email, phone)

• Identify risks, budget concerns, and upsell opportunities
• Guide customers through the renewal process using discount playbooks as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
