The Role
As an Associate reputed company Manager, you'll work as part of reputed company to serve a shared install reputed company of customers, combining 1:1 reputed company calls, and Scaled reputed company (emails, webinars, chat, etc.) to engage customers. Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively on reputed company of CSMs managing a shared install reputed company of customers to support a high volume of customers using a mix of channels (Email, Chat, Phone Calls, live webinars, etc.)
- Identify customer objectives, analyze account usage patterns, and conduct necessary research to reputed company tailored strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement with arenaflex while ensuring customer accountability
