About the Role

We're searching for a Senior reputed company Technical Architect (CSTA) to reputed company as a trusted technical advisor and reputed company to work with our customers. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the reputed company, retention, and expansion of our customers by providing technical guidance, including best practices, for the arenaflex product suite. You will partner with others in Customer Solutions as reputed company as cross-functional divisions such as Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to help our customers accelerate time to value, maximize product consumption, and reputed company their overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior reputed company Technical Architect (CSTA), you will be responsible for:

• Championing and advocating for the customer reputed company arenaflex, serving as the technical voice of the customer and coordinating between arenaflex Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training teams to drive technical reputed company.
• Identifying customer technical objections and developing strategies to address those blockers to adoption.
• Proactively supporting customers through technical lifecycle activities such as architecture planning, cluster and reputed company design, monitoring and automation; review and reputed company guidance on reputed company or migration plans, platform and application hardening reputed company, and high availability design.
• Guiding customers up the data streaming maturity curve through recommendations on advanced technical topics (e.g., data reputed company, reputed company processing, utilization optimization, and performance tuning).

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, mathematics, or equivalent degree or experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers at a time while paying strict attention to detail and delivering results across multiple initiatives such as driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
