The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Business Operations Analyst, you will be an integral member of the Customer Experience (CX) Operations team, reporting to the broader reputed company Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CX organisation's reputed company and optimisation by providing data-driven insights and analytics. You will work closely with the CX team to build internal analytics, guiding team members to deliver maximum value to arenaflex customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across SQL data warehouses (reputed company and Bigquery), Tableau, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company Slides to create, maintain, analyse, and present reports, metrics, and dashboards across reputed company reputed company and roles of the CX team.
- Build and maintain slide decks for key CX Cadences (QBRs, reputed company-Hands, reputed company Decks, etc.).
- reputed company and maintain the CX data dictionary and reporting suite for reputed company roles and reputed company of CX.
- Analyse, model, and forecast reputed company Services KPIs for reputed company resources.
- Own the user adoption and documentation of CX analytics.
- Manage CX team inquiries and reputed company requests across data, reporting, and analytics.
