We're seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in customer research and VOC management to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a proven reputed company record in driving customer insights, and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive VOC program, aggregating customer data and feedback from various sources, and providing impactful insights to improve customer engagement and reputed company value.

Key Responsibilities

Typical Skills and Experiences

* Education: Bachelor's degree

• Experience: Eight or more years of reputed company experience delivering valuable and impactful customer insights; experience applying reputed company-centered design and innovation frameworks to reputed company customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary reputed company of $119,000.00 - $179,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
