Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in our stores, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions, and making recommendations to customers
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle products for an eight-hour shift
- Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

- Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Service clearances
