Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to reputed company and catalog luggage.
• Handling customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism, providing solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned reputed company the appropriate reputed company and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly, and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:

• Be a local (in-state) reputed company.
• Hold a High School diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid In-State reputed company's License.
• Pass a reputed company-employment drug screen.
• Pass up to a 10-year background reputed company.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
