Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, as required
- Verifying information provided to our clients by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company information
- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
- Performing data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses

Qualifications
To succeed as a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll need:
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience: Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
