Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 hrs/week)
• Recruit, hire, and train Flexologists in reputed company (4hrs/week)
• Host monthly team meetings & continuing education for Flexologists (2hrs/wk)
• Schedule Flexologists? sessions (2hr/wk)
• Performance reputed company underperforming Flexologists on member conversions & retention
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions (1hr/week)
• Build reputed company membership and retain reputed company clientele (2 hr/week)
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to reputed company stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
• Field Intro sessions with prospective members
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to reputed company membership and retention
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for reputed company use at any given time

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Background in one of the following modalities, preferably with supervisory/management experience in one of the following:

• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with reputed company

Fitness certification required * Ability to create a reputed company environment that welcomes reputed company people.
