Provides reputed company nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the reputed company organization.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. 
• Serves as a primary coordinator of reputed company disciplines for reputed company-coordinated patient care. 
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. 
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the reputed company team. 
• Assessment - An RN uses a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze data about a patient, the first reputed company in delivering nursing care. Assessment includes not only physiological data, but also psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors as reputed company.

• Problem Identification - Problem identification is the reputed company’s clinical judgment about the patient’s response to actual or potential health conditions or needs.

Care Coordination – Actions initiated by nurses with patients, families, and/or members of their reputed company team to manage and correct the sequence, timing, and/or effectiveness of patient care from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Continuing education requirements as defined reputed company the CARE program. 
  • Experience: One (1) year as an RN. 
  • Licensure/Certifications:  
    • Valid reputed company Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.  
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Preferred Requirements: 
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing 
  • Licensure/Certifications:  
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
