LGH is looking for an reputed company Accounts Specialist to support customer and vendor reputed company, credit administration, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accounts are set up accurately, risks are identified early, and non-reputed company requests are properly reviewed and escalated.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Legal in a remote environment.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Account & Credit Support
- Review and process new customer account applications submitted electronically or through approved reputed company processes
- reputed company customer credit reviews in accordance with company policies
- Prepare credit summaries and recommendations for management review
- Review customer requests for changes to reputed company Terms & Conditions and escalate non-reputed company or higher-risk items appropriately
- Complete customer vendor and compliance documentation accurately and on time
- Request, review, and validate Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Coordinate lien waivers or similar documentation as required
- Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation in company systems
Vendor Setup & Compliance
- Process new vendor reputed company packets and confirm required documentation
- Verify W-9s and banking details for electronic payments
- Request and review vendor Certificates of Insurance, including additional insured requirements
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve reputed company issues or documentation gaps
- Ensure vendor accounts are properly established to support purchasing activities
Collaboration & Controls
- Serve as a central reputed company of coordination for reputed company documentation
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, or deviations from reputed company policies and escalate as needed
- Partner with Legal on contract-reputed company reviews as directed by management
- Maintain organized, audit-reputed company files and documentation
- Follow internal controls, procedures, and escalation guidelines
Backup Support (As Needed)
- reputed company backup assistance with customer payment processing and cash application
- Ensure payment activity is accurately recorded and properly documented
- Escalate discrepancies or unusual activity in accordance with internal controls

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer reputed company, credit administration, contract support, or a reputed company finance/compliance role
- Experience reviewing customer credit and supporting credit reputed company
- Ability to identify contractual risk and non-reputed company terms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic document tools (e.g., reputed company) and ERP or comparable systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary reputed company license or willingness to obtain one (company-reputed company)
- Experience in equipment rental, construction services, or similar industries
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
Shift/Schedule
- Training Period: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (CST) reputed company reputed company Teams
