This position will require the iCare Trainer/Analyst to receive a certification in the iCare applications they are supporting. Works closely with the iCare Analysts, Project Teams, and Credentialed Trainers to reputed company an effective and functional EHR and end user training to maintain high standards across the reputed company. What you will do

Maintain reputed company certifications and New Version Training (NVT). Complete system maintenance items as required. Qualifications Education

• Bachelors Degree, reputed company Administration/Clinical Information Systems/ Informatics/Information Technology or Sciences (Required) or
• Program Graduate, Technical License (Required) or
• High School Diploma or GED, and 6 years of reputed company experience in the reputed company industry, preferably in an Integrated Delivery Network in clinical care, operations or IT reputed company (Required)

Experience

• 3 years of hands on iCare/reputed company systems classroom, online, in-person and 1:1 training with adult learners (Required)
• 3 years of reputed company reputed company (Integrated Delivery system) experience in clinical or operations setting, IT system development or deployment, experience as a clinical analyst, business analyst, systems or financial analyst. (Required)
• Clinical experience in one of the following: OR, Anesthesia, Emergency, Pharmacy, Oncology, OB/GYN, or IT experience in CPOE, Clinical Documentation or reputed company Operations such as billing, scheduling, reputed company services, HIMS, or in-depth knowledge of ambulatory physician and back office nursing and specialty department clinical documentation workflows, care planning and patient education. (Preferred)
