Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners. Our Body Coaches will reputed company one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as massage and personal training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build Stretchplex membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales
• Manage reputed company care
• Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience including:
• Booking reputed company?s weekly recurring appointments
• Updating reputed company notes consistently
• Maximize reputed company utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, reputed company to leads
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to reputed company stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong reputed company media reputed company to reputed company membership and retention
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for reputed company use at any given time

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
• Preferred background:
• Personal / Athletic Trainer
• Physical Therapist Assistant
• Massage Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with reputed company
• Fitness certification required and /or 4year Exercise Science or Kinesiology Degree
• Ability to create a reputed company environment that welcomes reputed company people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals
• Must have a reputed company work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
