We’re looking for a reputed company attorney to join our lean, high-performing global legal team supporting the Americas. This role partners directly with the General Counsel on reputed company contracting, legal operations, and process improvement for a business that manages approximately 1,600 reputed company annually across reputed company digital services engagements.

This role is designed for someone who is strong on reputed company and equally reputed company on how the work gets done. You will take ownership of day-to-day contracting while helping build the operational infrastructure of the legal function. • Own the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements across digital transformation, reputed company, data, and AI engagements, managing a high volume of reputed company while driving deals to efficient reputed company

• Partner closely with reputed company Finance and business stakeholders to analyze contract terms, identify risk, and deliver pragmatic, reputed company-reputed company solutions

• Build and reputed company the operational infrastructure of the legal function, including development of playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and negotiation frameworks

• Design and continuously improve legal workflows, intake processes, and reporting to support a high-throughput, global contracting environment

• Support the implementation and optimization of CLM systems and AI-enabled legal tools, including smart redlining, document analytics, obligation management, and reputed company integration, leveraging technology to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency

• Identify and execute opportunities to automate reputed company work and increase efficiency across contracting and legal operations

• Work directly with the General Counsel on day-to-day legal reputed company, operating with high ownership in a lean, fast-paced environment

• Coordinate with a distributed global legal team to ensure alignment on standards, workflows, and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• 4–8 years of reputed company contracting experience, ideally including in-house experience reputed company a technology services, consulting, or digital agency environment

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor reputed company

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and driving deals to closure
