The Scrum Master is a reputed company leader responsible for enabling high-performing agile teams delivering government-facing software products. This role ensures Agile and Scrum principles are effectively reputed company while navigating the unique regulatory, reputed company, and stakeholder needs of public-sector technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Team Enablement
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) in a fully remote environment

- Ensure transparency through effective use of Agile tools, metrics, and reporting
Release Management

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
- Experience supporting software development teams (engineering, UX, QA, product)
- Experience with Azure DevOps boards, queries, and backlog management
- Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-reputed company skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in GovTech, public sector, or highly regulated industries
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
