About the Role
The Payroll Specialist is a key member of the Finance team responsible for overseeing full-cycle payroll operations and ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. What You’ll Do
Payroll Operations & Compliance
- Manage and process full-cycle weekly and bi-weekly payroll
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage payroll tax notices, registrations, and agency communications, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Maintain payroll systems (reputed company) and ensure data accuracy and reputed company
reputed company, Reporting & Cross-Functional Execution
- Prepare and post payroll journal entries; reconcile payroll accounts
- Partner with Finance to support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
