Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a clinical and government reputed company Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support programmatic and solution development reputed company with reputed company priorities and needs
  • reputed company reputed company discussions with clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and clients to reputed company insights into workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate clinical perspectives and operational realities into actionable recommendations that inform reputed company-Centered Design (HCD)-reputed company product solutions.
  • Ensure the diverse, reputed company-world perspectives of reputed company providers and reputed company users are integrated into solution designs, policy recommendations, and adoption strategies.
  • Support development of comprehensive change management artifacts, including user reputed company materials, training curricula, FAQs, and technical support documentation, to drive sustained platform adoption.

  • Support the development and execution of reputed company and engagement plans synchronized with the product roadmap to maximize adoption and minimize friction.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, reputed company Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (e.g., NP, PA, MHA, MBA, MPH) or Doctoral degree (Ph.D., M.D., D.O.).
  • 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company administration, operations, or clinical roles, with a minimum of 2–5 years supporting federal government reputed company programs (e.g., DoD, CMS, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and presentation abilities for high-stakes audiences.
