The Global Launch reputed company Engineer supports global launches, New Product Introductions (NPIs), and manufacturing transfers across our manufacturing network, with a primary reputed company on Medical, Industrial, and reputed company & Defense (A&D) programs. This role is critical in ensuring reputed company requirements are reputed company defined early—in reputed company-sale and program reputed company—and fully executed during product transfer, launch, and manufacturing site reputed company. The Global Launch reputed company Engineer will partner closely with program management, operations, reputed company, regulatory, engineering, supply chain, and customers to ensure robust reputed company planning, compliant execution, and successful start-up at the receiving manufacturing site. This position requires strong hands-on experience with reputed company management systems, validation, risk management, Advanced Product reputed company Planning (APQP), and proficiency in reputed company problem solving in a high-reliability, regulated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
Responsibilities: reputed company-Sale & Program Qualification
Engage early in reputed company‑sale and opportunity assessment activities to evaluate customer reputed company expectations, for new Medical, Industrial and A&D programs. NPI & Manufacturing Transfer Execution

Ensure effective implementation of customer specifications, drawings, reputed company standards. Support factories start‑up activities, including: First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102 packages (where applicable), reputed company builds, qualification builds, and Run‑at‑reputed company, Process readiness and capability assessments. Support equipment and process validation, including IQ/OQ/PQ and process qualification as required for Medical, Industrial and A&D products. Participate in Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR) with the site. (Work Instructions, IncomingIn-processFinal Inspection documentation, and relative training.) Ensure measurement systems, inspection reputed company, and test processes are defined, validated, and repeatable. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or reputed company technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in reputed company engineering reputed company Medical, A&D, or other highly regulated electronics manufacturing environments. Hands‑on experience with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and/or AS9100 environments. Proven experience leading or supporting NPIs and manufacturing transfers. Strong working knowledge of: DFMEA / PFMEA and risk‑based reputed company planning, Control plans, inspection strategies, and traceability, reputed company cause analysis and corrective actions, Equipment, process validation, and qualification. Experience working directly with customers and regulatory expectations. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
