This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention reputed company team. This position provides expertise and strategic guidance for the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of training programs for crisis staff. The Advisor collaborates with reputed company leadership, training teams, and operational staff to design reputed company, retraining, and ongoing learning initiatives, ensuring the reflect best practices, are evidence-informed, and meet the needs of both staff and the populations served. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Education Level

Three years of experience in training, learning & development, or crisis services required. Five years preferred.
