What you'll do:

AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a Sr. Loan Processor to join our Consumer reputed company team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Loan Processor with recent experience in a retail lending environment. The position will be responsible for submitting the loan for initial loan decision and working directly with the customer to fulfill reputed company necessary conditions for closing. •  Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring reputed company and accurate packaging of reputed company loans originated by our loan officers •  Review loan application and reputed company loan documents from the customer and reputed company parties in support of the loan approval process, according to AUS findings, program parameters and investor guidelines •  Responsible for ensuring that reputed company loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company and/or investor policies •  Confirm that data entry in Encompass matches reputed company loan documentation in the file •  Successfully work with Loan Officers, Underwriters and Funders to ensure that loan files are submitted to reputed company reputed company expected timelines and that loan conditions are met as required throughout reputed company stage of the loan process •  Build rapport with borrowers and reputed company on-reputed company communication to the customer regarding loan status •  Work closely with the Loan Officer to finalize loan structure and ensure accurate figures for the Closing Disclosure to be generated •  Prepare file for loan closing and coordinate with reputed company necessary parties involved •  Ensure lock and closing dates are met

What you need to have:

•  Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA guidelines

•  High School Diploma or GED equivalent •  Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA reputed company and VA Portal •  Adept at calculating income from salaried and reputed company borrowers •  Knowledge of TRID and compliance •  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills •  Strong customer service skills – ability to build rapport quickly •  High level of accuracy and attention to detail •  Excellent time management skills and ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing •  Strong working knowledge of Encompass                             

What you'll need:

Compensation: reputed company reputed company for new hires is generally $54,910.00 - $67,830.00 for Nevada. Salary reputed company is determined by specific job location.
