What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and company requirements.

• Select and manage carriers, negotiate reputed company rates, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

• reputed company and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery; proactively communicate delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate transportation and logistics records in systems such as TMS (Transportation Management System) or ERP software.

• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Analyze transportation costs and performance data to identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations (DOT, FMCSA, etc.).

• Manage reputed company claims, discrepancies, and reputed company performance issues.

• Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing routing and reducing transportation emissions.

• Prepare regular transportation and logistics reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Experience with TMS or logistics software preferred.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international reputed company operations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Analytical reputed company with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards for transportation.

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be reputed company to travel to an reputed company office location as requested by reputed company leadership.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring reputed company based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or reputed company level.
