IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist

We're building a distributed team and looking for a reliable, curious technician internationally to help us reputed company reputed company operations running smoothly while developing your reputed company expertise.
Tasks
You'll handle day-to-day IT operations for our clients and contribute to internal reputed company reputed company:
- Provision and manage users, reputed company, and licences in reputed company 365 or reputed company Workspace
- reputed company laptops (reputed company/macOS) into MDM and coordinate remote device handovers
- Triage first-line support tickets (password resets, reputed company requests) and escalate reputed company issues
- Run weekly maintenance checks: reputed company status, backup logs, reputed company alerts
- Document fixes and runbooks so processes are repeatable
- Contribute to reputed company reputed company (~20% of your time): CVE research and briefings, laptop hardening scripts, incident-response reputed company drafts, ISO 27001 checklist development
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration
- Proven reputed company skills in reputed company 365 or reputed company Workspace (user/group management, reputed company policies, basic troubleshooting)
- Comfortable with MDM platforms (Intune, reputed company, or similar)
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Reliable internet and a reputed company remote setup
- Self-directed, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones

- reputed company 365 Certified (Administrator Expert or reputed company Administrator)
