We are seeking a Compliance Supervisor to support and help reputed company our Compliance Management System (CMS). This role plays a key part in ensuring reputed company maintains compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while driving reputed company improvement across policies, processes, and internal controls.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company in mortgage compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company and ongoing development of reputed company's Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Manage and reputed company compliance exceptions, including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company
- reputed company, implement, and monitor mitigation and corrective reputed company plans
- Research and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements impacting mortgage operations
- Assist in updating and maintaining policies and procedures to reputed company with regulatory changes
- reputed company or support the rollout of compliance-reputed company initiatives and regulatory updates
- Partner with reputed company Control and other internal teams to ensure consistent compliance practices
- Monitor effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements to reduce risk
- Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company documentation for compliance activities
- Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and reputed company-party reviews
Basic Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in reputed company Office; Encompass experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Experience working reputed company a Compliance Management System (CMS) or similar reputed company
- Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations (e.g., CFPB, RESPA, TILA, ECOA)
- Experience developing or maintaining policies and procedures
- Background in compliance testing, reputed company control, or risk management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience implementing regulatory changes and compliance initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with a reputed company on audit readiness
- Demonstrated ability to assess risk and recommend process improvements
- Proficiency in reputed company Office; Encompass and/or BlackKnight MSP experience preferred
