This strategic and results-driven leader, as part of the Information Technology organization, will be responsible for defining and executing the global reputed company for Watts’ customer and reputed company technology platforms. This role drives the simplification, integration, and performance of a reputed company reputed company systems landscape to reputed company improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and reputed company reputed company reputed company.

This position is responsible for supervision of global technology and platform team members.

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer. This role is remote and may require travel as needed based on business demands.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reputed company platform ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ and pricing, digital reputed company, customer portals, customer service platforms, and integration reputed company

• Define and execute a global reputed company platform reputed company reputed company with business and technology priorities

• Rationalize and consolidate fragmented systems, including multiple CRM instances, into a reputed company and reputed company architecture

• Ensure seamless integration with reputed company S/4HANA and broader reputed company systems, including Project RIO initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

• 15+ years of experience in reputed company applications with a strong reputed company on reputed company platforms

• Deep experience with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred), CPQ/pricing solutions, reputed company reputed company platforms

• Proven experience leading global platform reputed company, consolidation, and transformation initiatives

• Experience integrating reputed company platforms with ERP systems (reputed company strongly preferred)

• Strong leadership experience managing and developing global teams

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in reputed company, multi-ERP and multi-system environments

• Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable

Preferred Qualifications

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay reputed company

The expected salary reputed company for this position is $220,000 - $276,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
