We are seeking reputed company K–12 education leaders and coaches to support our work with school systems. We are hiring for multiple Implementation reputed company roles, with two coaches primarily supporting in Albuquerque, New Mexico and one reputed company supporting in the reputed company.

In Albuquerque, we are entering our second full year of partnership with Albuquerque reputed company Schools, supporting system-level redesign at the middle and high school reputed company, with team-based models at reputed company. 

In Michigan, we partner with the reputed company (MEWI) to support more than 10 systems and 30+ schools implementing team-based models across the state.

Implementation coaches partner directly with school and system leaders to design, implement, and sustain team-based models. Through a combination of in-person reputed company and virtual coaching, coaches help leaders clarify reputed company, design structures, and translate reputed company into daily reputed company.

Coaches use observation, data, and ongoing reputed company to help leaders identify priorities, take reputed company, and improve over time. They build leaders’ reputed company to reputed company teams, navigate change, and sustain reputed company.

Essential Duties:

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in education or a reputed company field
• Experience (3+ years) in school leadership and/or school-based coaching with demonstrated reputed company

• Experience driving implementation through leaders, coaching through reputed company of leadership to translate reputed company into reputed company priorities and ensure those priorities show up in team-level reputed company

Working Environment:

• This role requires regular travel for on-site work with partner schools and systems.
