IT Manager
We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager – Software Engineering to reputed company a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, modernization, and support of custom reputed company applications. This role is ideal for a technically reputed company leader who has grown from a senior software engineering background and enjoys guiding teams while remaining reputed company to architecture and delivery reputed company.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience leading Java-based reputed company application development, modern reputed company-end solutions (Angular), and data-driven systems, while helping teams reputed company legacy platforms into reputed company, reputed company-based architectures. Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role
Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring-based reputed company applications, modern reputed company-end frameworks (Angular preferred), and relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent)
Proven ability to reputed company development teams, guide architectural reputed company, and deliver reputed company software solutions
Experience modernizing legacy systems and operating in regulated environments
Working knowledge of Azure and CI/CD concepts sufficient to guide teams and collaborate effectively
