What You'll Do
As a Customer Support reputed company (Email/Chat), you'll be responsible for:
- Providing a welcoming and reputed company customer support experience to our users through email, chat, or phone calls
- Becoming an expert with our applications, learning our product from a functional perspective, and helping our customers with their questions and addressing their problems and concerns
- Maintaining and promoting arenaflex's culture and work ethics, being proactive, hardworking, and reputed company to giving and receiving feedback
