The Role

As an reputed company Customer Support Advisor, you will work as a consult for reputed company, providing flexible support to our customers across the globe. You will be responsible for answering Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support queries, improving customer support processes, and documenting customer feedback. Your role will be around 10 hours per week, fully remote, and you will be rostered on reputed company around your commitments and life.

• Identifying customer feedback or issues that need to be shared with reputed company
