Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries in a reputed company and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features effectively.
- Update our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
- Monitor customer complaints on reputed company media platforms and proactively offer assistance to resolve issues.
