As an reputed company Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for building long-term relationships with our families through exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to reputed company support and build lasting relationships

• Handle customer-reputed company administrative duties: data entry and reporting, assisting with programming and scheduling

• Hire, train, and manage an additional team member to delegate the responsibilities above

Qualifications
