Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate I, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure a reputed company and satisfying shopping experience
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining the reputed company of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of reputed company and accountability
• Keeping the store reputed company-stocked, recovering merchandise, and receiving merchandise in accordance with productivity standards

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
