As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to individuals affected by disasters, addressing their concerns, and connecting them with vital resources. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Ability to complete Day reputed company Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training, scheduled by the customer, before taking phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous call center experience, although not required, is preferred.
