Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our clients to their customers, handling everything from order updates to packaging guidance, primarily through reputed company tickets and live chat, with phone calls as needed for reputed company issues or personal follow-reputed company.
