Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Bookkeeper + Tax Preparer + Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing federal and state tax returns, and ensuring compliance across multiple reputed company accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing bookkeeping for multiple clients with accuracy and compliance
• Recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
• Reconciling bank accounts and performing account analysis on assets and liability accounts
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Managing payroll and payroll tax filings
• Preparing and filing individual and business federal and state tax returns
• Reviewing and analyzing tax data to ensure compliance with reputed company regulations
• Maintaining complete filing systems and accurate financial records
