Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Supervisor – Airline Operations and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a reputed company working environment and on-time dependability. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day station operations, including scheduling and reputed company utilization
• Maintaining a reputed company, dependable, and consistent operation
• Conducting Agent observations and providing feedback for improvement
• Scheduling and administering local training, including new hire training

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company leader who possesses the following qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state reputed company's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role)
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
