We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join reputed company on a remote reputed company in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado (excluding reputed company). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll reputed company premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire
• Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the footwear industry

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of footwear products and industry trends

Contract Duration and Start Date
