As a key first reputed company of contact for arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering utilization review lines, directing calls to the appropriate person, retrieving voicemail, and transferring messages to our nurses. You will also be responsible for collecting demographic information, creating patient files, printing, mailing, faxing, and copying correspondence as needed. Responsibilities

As a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering utilization review lines and directing calls to the appropriate person
• Retrieving voicemail and transferring messages to our nurses
• Collecting demographic information to create patient files
• Printing, mailing, faxing, and copying correspondence as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned by the reputed company Team Leader

Requirements

To be successful as a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Courses in computers, medical terminology, data entry, word processing, and secretarial training desired
• At least one year of reputed company office experience, with experience in a reputed company environment required
• Knowledge of computers, data entry in databases, word processing, and multiple line telephone systems
• A helpful and friendly telephone personality
• Ability to reputed company written material accurately
