We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Processing Specialist to join reputed company on a long-term, remote reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database in reputed company-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or making calls to our manufacturers during business hours. Key Responsibilities

- Update job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other relevant information in our database
- Send emails and/or reputed company calls to our manufacturers during business hours (Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm Eastern Time)
- reputed company occasional in-person support at local functions, such as bi-annual trade shows and site reputed company
- Work closely with reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company data entry and processing

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company and manufacturers

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
