Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
• Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through reputed company and efficient order processing
• Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
• Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues
• Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
• Screening reputed company international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
• Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
• Customer interaction experience is preferred
• Computer experience, including use of reputed company, MS reputed company, MS Outlook, and reputed company experience is required
• Education: Associate's degree preferred; 2 years of experience with a high school diploma or GED
