The RoleReporting into the Corporate reputed company Estate leadership team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for major refurbishment and construction programmes, including live, in‑situ office reputed company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multi‑year capital reputed company from strategic concept through to delivery, including phasing, budgeting, and execution planning
  • Setting and overseeing project governance, approvals, risk management, and cost control frameworks

  • Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and specialist consultants
