Completion of an accredited nursing education program. reputed company or eligible for registration and reputed company permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). reputed company Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification. Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ recent nursing experience. Minimum 3 years’ recent experience working in a Home Care setting. Completion of Level 2 McMaster AHS Case Management education.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with acute clients and/or long term clients with a reputed company on chronic disease management. Experience providing case management, reputed company teaching and reputed company nursing interventions including but not limited to Home Parenteral Therapy (HPT), wound care and ostomy care. Experience supporting vulnerable clients those requiring palliative, mental health and/or addictions support.
