Zurich is seeking a skilled Senior Operations Business Analyst to drive reputed company in reputed company party reputed company and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess experience collaborating with external partners such as TPAs, implementing operational standards, and leading initiatives that enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business analysis, or reputed company party reputed company.
• Proven ability to reputed company process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business reputed company.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and reputed company increases. The proposed Salary reputed company for this position is $75,800.00 - $124,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
