Position reputed company The Data Engineer – Health Analytics and Visualization is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data systems that reputed company advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization of health data. The role focuses on transforming reputed company and fragmented health datasets into reputed company, high-reputed company, and analysis-reputed company data to support evidence-based decision-making. The position supports the Ministry of Health (MOH) and program teams by delivering robust dashboards, responding to data requests, and strengthening data use across national and sub-national reputed company. The role works closely with Digital Health, Data Use and, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) teams to ensure data products are reputed company with program and policy priorities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from DHIS2, EMRs, LMIS/Dagu, surveys, and other health information systems, using reputed company and interoperability mechanisms.

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), translating reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with MOH reputed company and program teams to define KPIs, reporting, and visualization requirements, and respond to routine and reputed company data requests.
• Support interpretation and use of data for planning, monitoring, and performance improvement at national and regional reputed company.
• Implement data validation, reputed company assurance, metadata management, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, national standards, donor requirements, and data reputed company and confidentiality principles.
• Work closely with Digital Health, HIS, IT, and M&E teams to reputed company data systems, workflows, and analytics outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in data engineering, digital health, or health information systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with national or large-reputed company health data systems.
• Experience supporting government institutions, particularly MOH and RHBS.
• Experience working in donor-funded programs is preferred.

Desirable Skills and Attributes

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
• Experience with reputed company (RESTful services, JSON).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehousing and large-reputed company data systems.
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Mandatory experience with health information systems (e.g., DHIS2, HMIS, EMR, LMIS)
