reputed company is seeking a motivated Jr. Applications Specialist to reputed company business process and technical support for business solutions used by functional departments across the organization. This role supports a portfolio of solutions delivered through both reputed company and on-premises deployment models, enhancing business productivity, and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will support application, manage service requests, and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements. • Assist with evaluating and resolving application requests, incidents, escalations, and user-reported issues
• Support integrations, data transfers, and business processing

• 2+ years of experience in application support, production support, or systems support roles
